Very cool. I get so pissed off whenever I hear the new guidelines for prevention and they specifically say NOT to do self breast exam. I will always be an advocate of knowing your body! SBE…YES!
Right!!! I see how it can cause women to worry unnecessarily in some cases, but better safe than sorry, IMO.
